Hi, my name is Jonathan and I have recently joined Active Lancashire as a Grants and Finance
Support Officer
My previous employment over the past 7 years has been with two Lancashire-based companies working in the field of finance and administration. During this period, I gained a broad-based understanding of these fields, completing the AAT qualification and commencement of ACCA.
Outside work, my main interest is sport, in particular, football which I have been playing competitively since the age of 7. This has now led me into the field of coaching and I am currently managing the Sir Tom Finney Saturday adult team. In support of this, I have achieved my FA Level 1 Coaching Badge and am starting FA Level 2 as the next stage. My interest in sport is, however, not entirely confined to football, having previously participated at various levels in rugby, tennis and cross-country running. In any remaining spare time, I enjoy walking my rescue dog, Poppy.
I am looking forward to putting to good use these range of skills and interests while working with the Active Lancashire Team
