Active Lancashire was delighted to host our annual Volunteer Celebration event on the 13th June 2018 at Girl guiding North West.
The event celebrated the commitment, effort and skills of all volunteers who contribute to Active Lancashire programmes and sport within the county. It was great to see many volunteers there from many of the different Active Lancashire Programmes.
During the night we had food, activities and a quiz. The activities included archery, giant jenga, Tenpin, duel battle and much more.
Active Lancashire would once again like to thank all volunteers for your commitment and hard work throughout 2018!
During the celebration a special award was given to John Gibson for over 20years of volunteering in Lancashire. Active Lancashire work very closely with John and we would like to thank him for his hard work. He is an inspiration to all volunteers across Lancashire.
