Cancellation and Refund Policy when booking events and courses

When you complete your booking form you have made a formal agreement to attend the event/ training course. We will reserve space for you accordingly. If you need to cancel your place, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Up to calendar 14 days before the date of the event/ start date of the training course – 100% refund
  • Between 13 to 8 calendar days before the start date – 50% refund
  • 7 calendar days before the start date 0% refund

Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted in writing to Active Lancashire Ltd. This can be e-mailed to [email protected] or posted to Active Lancashire, Office 3-4 Farington House, Lancashire Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TW.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation request. The refund will be made in the way you originally paid.

If you have paid by a personal credit card a 1.79% refund charge will be added. If you have paid by a debit card 23.6p refund charge will be added. If you have paid by a business credit card a 2.12% refund charge will be added.

The above cancellation and refund policy will still apply if you are paying by invoice and we have not received your payment when you cancel your place on the event / course.
