We have a range of engaging and informative one hour seminars to base your campaigning and training activity around from a minimum fundraising target of £200. An informative session to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions by providing simple information on common mental health conditions, early warnings signs and useful signposts A thought provoking sessions exploring our relationship with stress and how we dramatically reduce the negative effects of stress through changing our perception and reaction.
How it works?
We will support your organisation with fun workplace based fundraising ideas and resources to achieve your minimum target to be achieved within three months*. As soon as you have raised 50% of your fundraising target we will deliver the session of your choice to further inspire your team to fundraise to achieve the minimum targets. Any additional funds raised go towards the achieving Lancashire Mind’s vision of achieving mental wellbeing for all.
Your fundraising activity for Lancashire Mind will be promoted via social media channels and our workplace networks to showcase your commitment to support the mental wellbeing of your staff. Through the activity your teams get the benefits of increased awareness of mental health further supported through the engaging and effective seminar you choose. With your team then invested in mental health you may want to consider larger fundraising targets to unlock further training and benefits working on an annual campaign cycle.
