As part of the team, a FUNDA Educator/Coach is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery teaching the "FUNDA WAY’. You will teach in our partnering schools during school term time and then make a positive difference to children's lives during school holiday time. You will teach/ deliver a variety of services and multi-physical activities this would include;

  • Physical Education (PE) Lessons
  • Shared Teaching In Schools
  • PPA Time In Schools
  • Extra Curricular Activities/Clubs – Before, During & After School
  • Physical Holiday Camps & Childcare Multi-Activities
Context

The role of the FUNDA Educator is to provide quality Physical Education, Health & Wellbeing Provision to children in our partnering primary schools, and on our Multi-Award Winning Holiday Camps & Childcare. You will work closely with our partnering primary schools and provide expert Physical Education CPD with teachers within the school. You will look to build instant rapport and professional relationships sharing
FUNDA’s key values and enthusiasm.

It is important that the a FUNDA Educator is able to build links with all primary schools and venues Funda deliver in and become their first point of contact for any delivery related issues. As part of the role it is important to monitor CPD progress by following FUNDA’s specially designed CPD programme using all of our resources to assist you.

You will also plan and deliver fun physical activities/sports/creative play on FUNDA’s childcare holiday camps during school holiday periods.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to build relationships with schools, fellow employees and our Quality Assurance Manager. It is essential that they meet the minimum qualification criteria as set out in the person specification.
